  • Go to the Booking Portal Navigate to the booking section and choose your desired model.
  • Follow the On-Screen Instructions The system will guide you step by step through the booking process.
  • Enter Required Booking Details Fill in all necessary information, such as your name, contact details, etc.
  • Generate Challan and Make Payment Click on the Generate Challan button to generate and download the challan, then proceed with the payment. (See FAQ: how do I make the payment)
  • Review and Submit Carefully review all entered information, then submit your booking to confirm.

  • Generate the Challan Obtain the official challan form required for payment processing from the booking section.
  • Make a Pay Order or Demand Draft In favor of “NexGen Auto Pvt Ltd”. Ensure the amount matches the total value of the car.
  • Deposit at MCB Bank Submit the Pay Order or Demand Draft at any MCB Bank branch. The payment must be deposited into the company’s official account.
  • Upload Proof of Payment Take a picture or scan of the deposited slip and Pay Order / Demand Draft. Log in to your account and upload it via the booking section.
  • Secure Transactions All transactions are encrypted and processed securely to ensure the safety of your financial information.
Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking. Simply log in to your account and go to the "My Bookings" tab, where you can view, update, or cancel your reservation in accordance with the Terms and Conditions outlined in the Provisional Booking Order (PBO).
The status "Payment Pending" means that your payment is currently being processed, and confirmation is awaited from the bank or payment gateway. Once the payment is confirmed, your booking status will be updated automatically.
If your payment status is marked as "Dispute", please contact our support team immediately for assistance. You can reach us via our UAN number for prompt resolution and further guidance.
To track your booking status, simply log in to your account and go to the "My Bookings" section. All details of your current and previous bookings will be available there.
Bookings are generally non-transferable. However, in exceptional cases, you may contact our support team to check if a transfer can be arranged. For assistance, please call our UAN number.
An Active Taxpayer is an individual or entity registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), which is regularly updated by the FBR.
You can verify your status by visiting the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) at https://www.fbr.gov.pk and entering your CNIC (for individuals) or NTN (for businesses).
